Ingredients

    3 6 oz boneless, skinless, chicken breasts (roasted)
    3 large roasted red peppers from a jar
    4 large lettuce leaves
    1/4 cup of reduced fat feta cheese

Tips

This is a great in between meal snack


Directions

Prepare chicken the night before. Cut chicken into long strips. Place chicken, roasted red peppers and crumbled feta cheese into middle of lettuce leaves. Roll up and close with toothpick.
