just a very basic stir fry with bacon just a very basic stir fry with bacon
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    4 cups of finely chopped cabbage
    1/2 of a med green bell pepper cut in strips
    1/2 of a med red bell pepper cut in strips
    1/2 of a med yellow bell pepper cut in strips
    1 cup of chopped broccoli
    1 cup of cauiflower
    1 med yellow onion in thick slices
    2 cups of fresh mushrooms sliced
    6 cloves of garlic chopped
    1 cup of carrots in thin slices
    4 med slices of bacon
    1 5oz can of bamboo shoots drained
    1 15 oz can of baby corn drained
    3 tsp of low sodium soy sauce
    3 tsp of Worchestershire sauce

Directions

brown bacon in a heavy skillet or wok then chop fine
Starting with onion and garlic begin stirfrying veggies starting with carrots , cabbage, bell peppers stir until desired crispness then add rest of veggies and soy sauce and worchestershire sauce

Serving Size: makes 2 3 cup servings
