    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    Boneless, skinless chicken breast, 6 oz, cubed
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, quartered
    Garlic, 1 clove minced
    Zucchini, baby, 1 large diced
    White Wine, 6 fl oz
    Gia russo Cherry tomato sauce, 1 cup
    Cream Cheese, 2 oz
    big handful of fresh Spinach
    100% Whole Wheat Rotini, 2 cup


1. Heat olive oil in a large pan.
2. Add chicken and brown on all sides.
3. Add mushrooms and garlic. Cook 5 minutes.
4. Add wine and zucchini. Continue to cook until chicken is done.
5. Add tomato sauce and mix well. Cook 5 minutes until heated through. Add cream cheese and stir until melted.
6. Right before serving, toss fresh spinach with sauce to wilt.
7. Serve over pasta.
