Ingredients

    *Flour, white, 0.5 cup
    Salt, 0.5 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    Whole Milk / Vitamin D, 0.5 cup
    Brown Sugar, 0.5 cup, packed
    Maple Syrup, 1 tbsp
    Apples, fresh, 1 medium cut in small pieces
    Sour Cream, 2 tbsp
    Unsalted butter 2 TBS

Directions

Heat oven to 425 F and place I tbs unsalted butter each into two pie dishes. Place dishes in oven till butter is melted.
Lightly beat eggs. Add flour and salt and beat till well combined. Pour equally into the two pie plates and bake for 12 to 14 minutes. Pancakes will puff up. In the meantime melt brown sugar with maple syrup, add apples cut in small pieces. Cook for 5 -6 minutes and remove from heat. Add equal amounts of this mixture to the center of the cooked oven pancake and top each one with a tablespoon of sour cream. Serve hot.
