    Onions, raw, 1 slice, thin
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .10 cup, strips
    *recao, 1 tbsp
    Oregano, ground, .25 tbsp
    Cilantro, raw, .25 tbsp
    Carrots, raw, 1 strip, large (3" long)
    *Calabaza, 4 oz
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Chick Peas (Garbanzos) Can, 0.5 cup
    French Onion Campbell's, 0.5 cup
    Whole Grain Brown Rice (Uncle Ben's)LV, 1 cup
    Mazola, caldo de pollo (polvo), 1 tsp
    Red pepper Crushed (1 pizca) Si desea


Remoje el arroz en la misma cantidad de agua por 1 hora,
Recuerden que mis recetas son en ollas Lifetime.


Corte los vegetales pequeñitos( cebolla, recao, cilantro, hojitas de oregano,pimiento verde,) ralle la zanahoria.
En una ollita añada el caldo de cebolla campbell's, los vegetales, la calabaza picada en cuadritos pequeños, los garbanzos, el caldo de pollo, el arroz y el agua.
Yo le añadi red pepper crushed, Pues me gusta un poco el pique.
Tape y cocine alrededor de 35 minutos de medium a low.
Cuando termine deje tapado durante 15 minutos mas.
Mueva y listo.
