    1 LB. 85% Lean ground beef
    1 Packet Old El Paso Reduced Sodium Taco Seasoning
    12 Ortega Yellow Corn Taco Shells
    3 Roma tomatoes (chopped)
    1 and 1/2 Cups Iceberg Lettuce (shredded)
    4 scallions (chopped fine)
    5 ounces Mexican Blend Cheese Shreds (reduced fat)
    1 ripe avocado (sliced thinly)
    3/4 cup salsa (Chi-Chi's brand)
    1/2 Cup reduced fat sour cream

Directions
