Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

1/4 cup egg substitute (such as egg beaters)*
    1/4 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 slices bread (nutritional info calculated with 45 cal per slice bread)
    2 T Nutella
1/2 of a small banana, sliced (approx 9 slices)
    Cooking Spray (such as Pam)

    * Note that you will have leftover egg substitute so the nutritional information only uses 2.5 T

Tips

You can serve as is, or sprinkle some powdered sugar on top.

Directions

1. In a small bowl, add the egg substitute, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Beat lightly.

2. Spread the nutella on one slice of the bread. It may be helpful to warm the nutella in the microwave first to make it easier to spread. Top the nutella with the banana slices. Place the other slice of bread on top of the banana slices.

3. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Once heated, dip both sides of the assembled bread/nutella/banana "sandwich" and then place in the pan. Cook until brown on each side.
