    plus salt, pepper & thyme (3 tsp.)


Pie is ready when outer crust is browned.


Use 9 in. pie pan and lay down bottom pie crust in pan. Mix up all ingredients in mixing bowl (be sure to drain all canned goods well) and add salt/pepper based on personal taste. Pour mix into pie and cover with top crust. Pinch around edges of crust and use knife to create four slits in the pie starting from center so it can breathe.

Place on oven rack uncovered at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
