Ingredients

    Rosarita Vegetarian refried beans, 1.75 cup
    Ranch Style Black Beans, 1.75 cup
    Old El Paso Enchilada Sauce, 2.25 cup
    Kraft Chedder Cheese, 4 cup
    Manny's Flour Tortillas, 9 serving
    Turkey (light meat), 2.5 cup, chopped or diced

Directions

drain and rinse the black beans. cut up the tortillas to 1 inch squares. divide the cheese in half (2 cups).
mix everything together, and 2cups of cheese. place in a casserole, and top with the remaining cheese (or less cheese if 2 cups is to much). bake until the top is melted, and sides are bubbly.
