Ingredients

    6 Chicken Sauasge links, chopped
    2 green peppers, chopped
    1 red pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 cans Italian diced tomatoes
    1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive oil
    1 TBSP Italian Seasoning
    Brown rice Pasta

Directions

Spray pot with cooking spray. Add all ingredients except for pasta. Cook on low for 8 hours. Serve over Brown Rice pasta.
