Introduction
This recipe can be halved, for 5 servings. As listed is 10 servings, of modest size. I would not consider this "diet" food, but good comfort food.Also note, this is best when you have leftover chicken, or it's just too much prep for one evening (in my opinion). Ingredients

4 TB butter
4 TB flour
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup shredded or diced cheddar cheese
12 oz (when dry) cooked egg noodles
2 cups cooked and diced chicken breast (or 2 breasts)
2 1/2 cups cooked broccoli
Directions
Melt the butter and flour together in a small saucepan until smooth. Add in chicken broth and stir (whisk) constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and add cheese, stir until blended.
Layer in a casserole dish:
-Cooked noodles
-Chicken
-Broccoli
Pour cheese sauce over the top.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 - 25 minutes, or until heated through.
**You can sprinkle bread crumbs and/or Parmesan Cheese over the top before baking. This is NOT calculated in the Nutritional Info.
