1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles - do not drain
8 oz. Velveeta, cut into slices or cubes
1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
4 cups cooked spaghetti
1/2 cup skim milk
1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
I have never met a kid who didn't like this recipe - be sure to use MILD tomatoes and chiles if you cannot handle too much spice. Serve with veggies as a side (we serve it with sauteed zucchini and summer squash). Reheats nicely.
