I used 1 cup more broth with my batch, and added 2 Tablespoons cool whip 'free' on top and served this as a dessert. My husband who hates vege's loved it! - 11/9/07

I can see adding the carrots to the sweet potatoes, and I make mine with some chicken stock and spices and whip them, but I can't see adding the br. sugar - to me sweet potatoes have enough flavor & sweetness on their own plus the carrots will add some some sweetness and who needs the extra calories - 2/7/09
