Ingredients

    # Spinach, fresh, 3 cup (remove)
    # Basil, 3 tbsp (remove)
    # Fresh Chives, 1 tbsp chopped (remove)
    # Parsley, 1 tbsp (remove)
    # Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato, 3 serving (remove)
    # Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 1 oz (remove)
    # red wine vinegar, 3 tsp (remove)
    # *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    # *Lemon Juice, 0.50 fl oz (remove)
    # Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 1 tsp

Directions

Wash and remove stems from spinach, basil, parsley, and tomatoes (save for "soup starter) and put in food processor; add yogurt, vinegar, oil, lemon juice and Mrs. Dash; process until finely shredded; serve with whole-grain crackers, celery & carrot sticks, melba toast, stuff into tomatoes, top egg omelets, pasta, turkey, chicken or fish, spoon onto soups or salads.

Serving Size: At least 12 heaping tablespoons of herby, earthy goodness.
