    Olive Oil Cooking Spray
    1 whole chicken, in parts
    1 cup salsa
    1 package taco seasoning
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup 1% milk


Rinse chicken well.
Spray Crock Pot with cooking spray.
Place chicken in Crock Pot and sprinkle with taco seasoning.
Mix together salsa, soup, and milk. Pour over chicken.
Cook for 6-8 hours (on low).
Serve with brown rice.
