This is a quick, Vegan sandwich that you can make for lunch of dinner. The calorie count can really be adjusted depending on how much ingredients you include on your sandwich. Ingredients

    1 avocado, ripe
    1 small tomato, diced
    1/2 small onion, diced
    1 garlic clove, diced
    1/2 jalapeno, diced
    1 tbsp Guacomole Mix
    1/2 bell pepper, diced or sliced depending on preference
    4 slices of Foccacia bread

    Not Included above/ in calorie count:
    You can add other toppings, such as sun dried tomatoes, dressings, olives or vegan cheeses if you would prefer.

Directions

1) Make the guacomole by combining avocado, tomato, onion, garlic, jalapeno, and guacomole mix in a bowl.

2) Spread the guacomole mixture onto 2 slices of Foccacia bread. Then lay the other toppings on top of the guacomole and put the bread together.

3) Eat and Enjoy
