A tasty, healthy and fast meal. A tasty, healthy and fast meal.
Number of Servings: 2


    1 cup of Unsweetened ALMOND MILK
    1 scoop of Plain PROTEIN POWDER (Whey Factors)
    1/2 cup of MANGOS, FROZEN
    1 inch slice of FRESH GINGER, skinned


You can pretty much alter the ingredients to suit your taste. I find it needs no added sugar as the fruit is sweet enough.


Place ingredients in VITA-MIX/BLENDER as listed and whip-up until well blended. Enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 2, 8 oz drinks or 1, large 16 oz drink.
