Introduction

Ingredients

    Ragu Spaghetti Sauce (tomato sauce), 4.25 cup
    Hunt's Diced Tomato, canned, 2.6 cups (2 cans)
    Garlic, 1 head (about 14 grams)
    Portabella Mushrooms, 56.70 grams (about 1/4 cup)
    Jennie-O Lean Italian Seasoned Ground Turkey, 20 oz (1 full package)
    1 Bay Leaf

Tips

To skin Garlic easier, cut the ends off of the head and then flatten the cloves with the side of a large blade. Cloves will be slightly mushed, but free of skin and ready to use.


Directions

1. Brown Turkey on medium heat (3 on your range), stirring constantly.

2. Skin full clove of garlic.

3. Combine all ingredients in a medium-to-large pot.

4. Cook on low heat (1 or 2 on your range) for approximately 8 hours, stirring occasionally (every hour or so).

5. Enjoy!
