Introduction

Ingredients

93% Lean Ground Beef, 16 oz
1 x packet of spaghetti sauce mix
1 x 28 oz can of Dei Fratellia All Purpose Italian Sauce
10 X Lasagna Noodles
1 x cup of Mozzarella cheese
1 x cup of part skim ricotta cheese
3 x cups of water
Tips
I like to season my sauce with garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with some fresh parsley if you are feeling fancy.
Directions
1) Brown your ground beef in a large skillet
2) rinse ground beef (this is important because it cuts the fat)
3) Put browned and rinsed ground beef back in skillet
4) Add can of tomato sauce to beef
5) Add sauce mix packet to sauce and beef
6) Stir it all up.
7) Break your noodles into quarters and add them to your beef/sauce mixture
8) Stir noodles into your sauce, reduce heat and cover the skillet.
9) Stir occasionally to keep stuff from sticking.
10) Add water as needed to keep the sauce at your desired thickness.
11) In a mixing bowl combine 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese with 1 cup of part skim ricotta.
12) Add a dash of salt and pepper and stir to combine the two cheeses
13) When the noodles are tender, dollop the cheese mixture over the noodles
14) Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella uniformly over skillet.
15) Cover your skillet again and simmer for a few minutes until ricotta mixture is heated through and mozzarella has melted.
