Ingredients

    1 cup uncooked Quiona
    1 package frozen spinach
    1 large tomato (chopped)
    1 cup beef stock
    .5 oz shredded Parm cheese
    .5 oz shredded Romano cheese
    1 clove garlic


Tips

This makes 4 servings, I can't edit it.


Directions

Cook quiona according to package directions, using 1 cup of liquid as beef stock. Thaw and squeeze moisture from spinach. After quiona is cooked, add spinach, chopped tomatoes, garlic, cheeses, salt and pepper and mix well.
