Introduction

Ingredients

    175ml orange juice
    1/2 c frozen raspberries
    1/2 c frozen strawberries
    1 small banana - can use frozen chunks
    2 tbsp flax meal
    1/4 c greek yogurt
    1 c baby spinach

Tips

you can use any combo of berries and fruit as long as it's about 1 cup
frozen berries work instead of adding ice
you can omit the greek yogurt and use rice/almond/hemp mik instead or add protein powder and water


Directions

Add to blender and liquefy
