Ingredients

    1/3 cup molasses
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 cup milk
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 tsp ground cloves
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    2 1/2 cup pure oats

Tips

I freeze individual portions of this and then microwave each morning. Super filling and great pre workout.


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour into a greased 8 x 8 pan. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Remove foil and continue to bake for 15 more minutes. Serve warm.
