Ingredients

    1 cup oatmeal
    1/2 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
    1/3 cup honey
    1 cup coconut flakes
    1/2 cup ground flaxseed
    1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
    1 tsp vanilla

Tips

You can use regular chocolate chips but the calorie count will be higher.


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Roll into balls and place on a plate. Place plate in refrigerator until firm.
