Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 lb ground chuck
    1 onion
    1 taco seasoning packet
    10 6.5" flour tortillas
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 cup shredded cheddar

Tips

these can also be microwaved for 1-2 min to melt the cheese. Also good with refried beans!
Topping ideas - tomotoes, lettuce, sour cream


Directions

brown burger w/onions
add seasoning
put approx 1.5 oz in each tortilla
roll closing both ends.
place in baking pan
pour sauce over enchiladas and sprinkle with cheese
bake for 5 min or until cheese is melted.
