Ingredients

    2 cups Sweet Peppers diced
    1 cup onion sliced
    1 tbsp canola oil
    1 lb flank steak sliced
    Old el paso taco seasoning mix or fajita mix
    4 Haddad High Protien Pita's

Tips

Also great with chicken!


Directions

Dice peppers, slice onions and steak. put in bowl and pour canola oil on top, add taco seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Mis well, allow flavours to develop for 1/2 hour.
pour into wok or flat grill and cook until steak is desired rareness and veggies are cooked.
