Ingredients

    1 pound shrimp
    1 4 oz can mushrooms stems pieces
    1 14.5 oz can Salsa Style Fire roasted tomatoes
    1 stalk cellery
    .5 shallott
    1 tsp roasted garlic olive oil
    1 tsp chipotle olive oil
    1 tsp roasted red pepper
    1 bay leaf
    .5 tsp red pepper flakes
    .5 tsp cajun seasoning
    .25 cup parsley
    1 tsp garlic
    .5 cup white rice

Tips

cook rice seperately and serve shrimp creole over cooked rice


Directions

heat oil
sautee cellery, shallott and garlic
add mushrooms, tomatoes, bay leaf, pepper flakes, and seasoning.
addparsley and shrimp and cook till just pink
