Ingredients

    1 2.5 oz package of Fresh Basil
    1/8 (1/4 cup) sweet onion
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
    garlic and salt to taste
    8 oz dry whole wheat pasta (like Barilla)

Directions

Cook Pasta and drain

In food processor combine remaining ingredients and blend

Heat and toss over pasta

*note each serving is about 2 cups pasta. Pasta can be reduced to half for a lower carb lower calorie version
