Ingredients

2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup whole flax seeds
    1/2 cup sesame seeds
    2 tsp salt
    2 tsp baking powder
4 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 1/2 cups water

Tips

-You can customize the spices you use to your preferences. Add black pepper or garlic for extra kick, or cumin for a savory flavor.
-If you cut the crackers into rows of 6x10, you will have the right amount for a 6 cracker serving size
-If you don't want to go through the work of pre-cutting, simply bake as one piece, and break into freestyle pieces after cooling.

Directions

-Mix flour, flax, sesame, salt, and baking powder in a large mixing bowl
-Add in olive oil and water and mix into dough
-Knead dough until it has a smooth consistency, adding flour if needed to keep it from sticking
-Separate dough into 2 pieces and place on 2 large cookie sheets
-Using a rolling pin, roll dough to fill cookie sheets as flat and evenly as possible
-Cut dough into cracker sized squares before baking, using a downward motion
-Bake at 450 degrees for about 8 minutes, or until brown at the edges and crispy
