Ingredients

    .75lbs chicken breasts, skinless/boneless
    .75 green bell pepper sliced
    .5 red bell pepper
    .75 sweet onion

    Marinade:

    .5 scallions,
    2T lime juice
    1.5 garlic cloves, minced
    1.5 T cilantro fresh, minced (or 1/3 + t corriander)
    .5 teaspoons vegetable oil
    1/2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
    1/4 teaspoon cumin ground
    1/4 t salt
    1/4 t pepper

    4 tortillas
    toppings optional

Tips

NEEDS TO MARINATE 1-3 HOURS.


Directions

1. Cut chicken diagonally in 1 " thick strips.
2. Prepare marinade by whisking the marinade ingredients.
3. Marinate for 1-6 hours.

4 . Saute the peppers and onions.
5. Broil the chicken about 6 inches from the heat until firm to the touch about 5 minutes. OR George
Foreman grill 350 4 minutes per side. (Don't drain)

6. Warm tortillas by heating on paper towel for 15 seconds in the microwave.
