Ingredients

    1/2 medium head cabbage, sliced fine
    1 onion cut in strips
    2 TB olive oil
    2-3 cloves garlic crushed and minced
    2-4 TB Braggs amino liquid or soy sauce
    2-4 TB rice vinegar
    1 TB Plum vinegar )if available)
    3 TB garlic chili sauce
    2 oz. almonds (peanuts work well also)
    6 oz cooked chicken breast diced, not skin or bone

Directions

Prepare veggies. Heat oil and brown garlic. onions first, then cabbage then celery and stir fry 5 min till crisp. Add soy sauce, vinegars and garlic chili paste to taste. Add chicken and cook still warm. Do not let veggies get limp. Add nuts and serve.
