    summer squash
    1/2 rice
    cabage
    zuchine
    caned diced and stewed tomatos
    5 cups water
    beef or chicken stock

Directions

cut all veggies put in large pot add 5 cups water 1/2 cup rice let boil 30min mix milk and flower pour into pot mix and cook for 14 min. Serve hot
