Ingredients

    Egg Beaters, original - 1/4 cup, 1 serving(remove)
    *Ideal - no calorie sweetener (brown sugar), 24 tsp(remove)
    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1 cup(remove)
    Nitro-Pro Extreme Vanilla, 3 serving(remove)
    *ARROWHEAD MILLS Organic Whole Grain Oat Flour, .25 cup(remove)
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp(remove)
    Baking Powder, .25 tsp(remove)
    *Pumpkin Pie spice, 1 tsp(remove)

Directions

Combine wet ingredients, then add the dry... pour into a greased 8 x 8 pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes until the middle is set.
