*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
*Better Than Bouillion, Chicken, .66 tbsp
(All spices are to taste. These are just estimates. I just toss them in there as I feel necessary.)
    salt 1 tsp
    pepper 1/2 tsp
    oregano, dried 1 tsp
    cumin, ground 1/2 tsp
    turmeric, ground 1/4 tsp
    red curry powder 1/4 tsp

Tips

I never cook off of recipes. This is something I threw together so everything is an eyeballed estimate.

Directions

Reconstitute potatoes, onion and celery as directed; in that water dissolve the bouillion. Meanwhile, brown turkey with the spices in large pan with water as necessary to keep from burning and/or sticking. Add pumpkin, and reconstituted veggies. Simmer until potatoes are cooked. Add water to keep food the consistency of thick porridge.
