Ingredients

    3 3/4 cup flour
    3/4 cup dried oatmeal/oats
    2 tsp salt
    1 Tbsp YEAST
    5 dried figs (Trader Joes)
    1/3 cup Cranberries dried (Trader Joes)
    1 Apples fresh (peeled & diced)
    1 Banana (cut into pieces)
    2/3 cup water


Tips

Directions

Warm the water and almond milk in the microwave to just above luke-warm. Add the yeast. let sit.
In a blender, blend figs, banana, peeled diced apple, cranberries, almond milk/water/yeast mixture, salt.

Add to bread machine with all remaining ingredients. If it is too wet, add a dab of flour until just right.

Let your bread machine do the rest!

Serving Size: Makes a round loaf. Cut into ten slices and then each in half. Makes 20 servings.
