Ingredients

    Celery Poppers

    2 fairly large chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
    (about 12 oz) - Broiled or Boiled
    1 Tb. Casyenne Pepper
    2 Tb. Onion - minced
    2 Cloves of Fresh Garlic - minced
    2 Tb. Fresh Chives - chopped
    1 Lg. Fresh Jalapeno - chopped
    1 Sm. Jar of Pimentos
    8 oz. Plain Greek Fat Free Yogurt
    12 - 4 inch stalks of Celery

    Combine in the food processer the cooked Chicken Breasts with all other ingredients. Process until you have a course texture. Fill the Celery Stalks with the Chicken Mixture. Chill until ready to serve. Enjoy!

Tips

You can add Bell Peppers to replace the Jalapeno if you prefer a milder taste.


Directions

Broil or bake the chicken breast. Cut up and place in food processer. Add all other ingredience and process until coursely blended.
Fill each celery stalk with the mixture and chill until time to serve.
