Ingredients

    5 lbs. Pork roast
    1 jug of apple juice
    5 tbsp of cinnamon
    1/4 cup of unpacked brown sugar
    5 bottles of bbq sauce

Tips

Enjoy on a bun, by itself , or with some mashed potatoes.


Directions

1. Place all ingredients other than bbq sauce into crockpot on low for 8-10 hours. (best to start this the night before.)
2. Once pork easily falls apart, remove fat layer and shred the meat.
3. Empty liquid out of the crock pot. place meat back inside and ad bbq sauce, stir.
