    2 cups frozen prepared Edamame
    1 Cup white beans (I use navy), drained if canned
    1 tbsp. Lemon zest
    2 Garlic cloves
    2 tsp. Black Pepper
    1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
    1 cup 1% Cottage Cheese
    1/2-1 cup water


Cook edamame as directed on package. Place in a food processor bowl with all other ingredients, except for water. Blend until broken down. Slowly add in water until desired consistency is reached.

Serving Size: Makes 6-2/3 cup servings
