Ingredients

    1 medium zucchini
    1 small onion
    1 small green pepper
    1 medium carrot

    (any other veggies you like would be good too!!)

    1 lb 93% Ground Beef
    1 slice whole wheat bread

    3 T Worchestire sauce
    .5 c ketchup

Tips

great for leftover lunches too!


Directions

Shred zuccini and carrot
Finely chop onion and pepper

Mix vegetables, ground beef, crumbled bread, worchestire sauce and ketchup together in a bowl

Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray and distribute mixture evenly

Cook on 350 for 20mins

Serving Size: makes 12 regular size muffins
