Ingredients

    One pound buffalo, ground
    one can butter beans
    Seasonings to taste (garlic, basil, salt)
    can of tomato sauce
    half package of Pasta spirals, gluten free

Directions

In large frypan, cook up buffalo with seasonings to taste, add Butter beans and sauce.
In large saucepan boil gluten free pasta
Serve sauce over pasta

Serving Size: Serves 4 as main dish, or more as a side dish
