Ingredients

    3 eggs, whisked together
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup coconut flakes
    1 tbsp. vinegar
    1 unbaked pie crust

Tips

To make filling for 2 deep-dish pie crusts, double the recipe.


Directions

Whisk eggs, melt and add butter. Then add rest of ingredients and whisk together. Pour into 1 unbaked pie crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

(Do not pre-bake crust.)
