    1 cup Quinoa, cooked
    1/2 cup Black Beans
    2 1/2 cup Egg Beaters
    1/4 cup Onion
    1 TB Olive Oil
    6 Fire Roasted Taco Bell Sauces


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Heat olive oil and saute onions. Add Quinoa, Black Beans & onions into muffin tins. Add egg beaters & 1/2 packet of sauce per muffin cup.

Bake for 25 minutes.
