Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 6oz box of long grain & wild rice
    1 lb ground turkey
    1 T olive oil
    2 large bell peppers, chopped
    3 cloves of garlic, minced
    1 can of diced tomatoes
    1 4oz can of green chillies
    5 buiscuits, cut in half

Directions

Prepare rice per instructions on box.

Heat oven to 375

Heat oil in skillet, add garlic, brown turkey. When turkey is cooked through, add tomatoes and chillies.

Spray 3quart or 13X9 cassarole dish.

Mix rice and turkey mixture together and place into dish. Top with halved biscuits.

Bake uncovered for 20mins or until biscuits are golden brown.
