Introduction

DELICIOUS, and so fast (not to mention EASY) to make. Plus--they're good for you!!! DELICIOUS, and so fast (not to mention EASY) to make. Plus--they're good for you!!!

Ingredients

    1/2 of a 1/4oz package active dry yeast
    1 cup + 2 tbsp whole-wheat flour
    1 tbsp truvia or stevia
    2 tbsp egg beaters
    1/2 cup warm water
    1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 tsp salt or nusalt
    5-6 drops vanilla stevia (or simply add a dash of vanilla)

Directions

Dissolve yeast, water and truvia together. Let sit for a few minutes. Add egg, flour, applesauce and salt. Stir together until well combined. Let rise 15 minutes. Spoon ino greased muffin tins, let rise again, about 15-20 minutes, and preheat oven to 400F.Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until firm and lightly crisped. ENJOY! My whole family absolutely loved these!!
