Ingredients

    2 small apples, peeled and cored
    1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
    1 1/2 cups water
    1 cup steel cut oats
    2 T coconut sugar
    1 1/2 T Earth Balance butter cut into 6 pieces
    1/2 t cinnamon
    1 T ground flax
    1/4 tsp salt


Directions

combine and cook overnight on low for 7 hours

Serving Size: 5, 1 cup servings (with .25 cup leftover)
