Ingredients

    3 teaspoons Edmunds Sure To Rise Yeast
    450 grams Plain white flour
    2 tablespoons dried milk powder
    1.5 teaspoons salt
    1 teaspoon sugar
    30 g butter
    310 mls of lukewarm water.

Tips

The slices are larger than a standard loaf and it tastes so good you have to be careful how much you eat :)


Directions

Put the ingredients into the breadmaker in the order as in the list. Set machine to Size L and crust colour to what you like best Light, medium or dark. Wait 4 hours and a yummy loaf is yours.

Serving Size: Makes about 15 slices depending on how thick you slice it
