Ingredients

    Main
    225gr macaroni
    200 gr vienna sausages cut into 1cm slices
    250gr low fat cheese
    1/3 cup unsalted peanuts
    3 large stalks of celery chopped
    2T minced onion
    1/3 cup minced green pepper
    1/3 cup fried sliced onion

    Sauce
    1/2 cup mayonaisse
    1/2 cup cream
    pinch cayenne pepper
    pinch salt
    1Tsp tomato sauce

Tips

if sauce is too thick or you like whole mixture to be more saucy, add some milk to your liking.


Directions

boil pasta till cooked to your liking rinse and let cool
add all other main ingredients

blend sauce ingredients and add to main ingredients
put in fridge for a few hours then serve with a green mixed salad

Serving Size: 8 servings as a main course
