    Very Good
So great and easy for summer! We grilled these on the bbq! My husband was hesitant because it's not the crusty fried eggplant he's used to, but he loved it! We did add 1 Tbsp of fresh shredded parm to each serving but I would have eaten without too! - 7/9/11

I was surprised how good this was. I'll make this a lot during the summer while eggplants are available at the Farmer's market. - 7/7/08

It was wonderful. I missed the cheese a little but other than that it was great. - 6/16/08
