Ingredients

    2 lbs trimmed beef pot roast
    4 large russet potatoes cubed
    1.5 c carrots chopped
    1.5 chopped onion
    1 c chopped celery
    1 tblsp garlic powder
    2.5 tblsp chili powder

Tips

Sometimes we add a bag of frozen green beans to the mix, but most of the time we serve with a side salad


Directions

Place all ingredients into crock pot and cover with water. Let cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
