Ingredients

    1 pound chicken breast tenders, cut in chunks
    3 cups pineapple chunks, no sugar
    4 cups broccoli
    3 tbsp cider vinegar
    3 tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp fresh ginger root, grated
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

Combine all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low all day (4-8 hours depending on crock pot)
Serve over rice
