Ingredients

    12 oz. cooked chicken breast
    1 pkg (8 0z) low fat cream cheese
    1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chiles
    6 sprouted grain corn tortillas
    2 cans (10 oz each) green chile enchilada sauce
    1/2 c. Mexican shredded cheese'1.5 c. shredded Mozzarella Cheese (part skim)

Directions

mix cooked chicken with cream cheese and green chiles. Cut tortillas in strips. Pour 1/2 of green chile enchilada sauce in lightly greased 9 x 13 dish. Lay 1/2 of tortillas on top of sauce and then repeat layers ending with cheese. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes or until warm and cheese is melted.
